Kelly Becker

Kelly Becker, a Broker and Owner at The Group Real Estate has been serving buyers and sellers in Steamboat Springs and Routt County for over 12 years and has been involved in the real estate & construction industry for over 20 years. Kelly represents a wide range of both buyers and sellers, listening to their needs, leveraging her relationships with local agents, and translating her in-depth knowledge of the local market into successful transactions and wise investments for her clients…creating clients and referral partners for life. Fueling Kelly’s commitment to the Steamboat real estate market is her love for the city and all that Steamboat represents…outdoor recreation, quality schools, year round community, beautiful landscapes, abundant sunshine and ease of travel to and from the Yampa Valley.

Kelly graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a degree in Business Marketing and earned her Masters Degree in Sports Marketing. She migrated west from her Midwest roots over 20 years ago to raise their kids in the mountains, and has been in construction and real estate since that time. Her construction knowledge and staging expertise create a unique niche in her business and allows her to uniquely advise buyers and sellers. Kelly feels blessed to love her work, while living in a community she is proud of, and helping buyers and sellers make their Steamboat Springs dreams a reality.

Evan Valencia

Evan was born and raised in Colorado with his father being a licensed broker for 39 years and counting. Giving Evan the understanding of what it takes to create long and successful partnerships with clients and brokers alike. After attending the CU Boulder Leeds School of Business and receiving a dual emphasis in Real Estate and Marketing he traveled to Japan to ski instruct for a season before moving to Steamboat to pursue a life of outdoor activities and meaningful relationships within the Routt County community. Evans business is built on trust and finding creative ways to serve clients with any of their real estate needs.
